Very Effective Diet

Calorie shifting is a very effective diet that is both safe and easy to follow.

Be prepared for some rapid weight loss! You can plan to lose at least 9 pounds every 11 days, or just under 1 pound per day.

How will you achieve this? By eating as much as you want at each one of four daily meals, with a diverse menu plan that requires you to eat food from all four food groups over the course of 11 days.

Calorie shifting is based on the principle that you can trigger the release of your body’s fat burning hormones simply by shifting the types of calories you consume from meal to meal, from day to day, regardless of the quantity of the food you eat. So you are able to sustain a prolonged state of fat loss, even though you are actually eating plentiful food from all food groups!

Another distinguishing feature of this diet is that you are required to take a mandatoryI 3-day break from the diet every 2 weeks. Most dieticians and nutritionists agree that too much rapid weight loss for prolonged periods of time is unsafe. Therefore, to allay this concern, the calorie shifting diet requires you to take this 3-day break. Not only does it give your body a chance to rest from the rapid weight loss you will have been experiencing, but it also gives you a psychological boost. Just think about it: As a reward for following the diet, you are granted a 3-day reprieve every 2 weeks.

If you start your diet on a Tuesday, then every other Friday through Sunday, you can take a break from the diet and eat whatever you want! What a boon for motivation!

Das fängt schon beim Display (Orange beleuchtet) an: Es gibt eine alphanumerische Zeile mit zwölf Stellen, eine Symbolzeile und in der unteren Ecke, jeweils links und rechts eine Datums- und Uhranzeige.
Das Mobilteil mit seinen drei AAA-Akkus hält bei wenig Telefonaten schon nach der ersten Ladung sieben Tage durch.
Das Telefonbuch (für das es eine Extrataste gibt) fasst 20 Einträge mit je einer Nummer sowie dazugehörigem Namen.
Verpasste Anrufe werden, falls im Telefonbuch gespeichert, mit Namen, sonst mit Nummer in einem extra Menü angezeigt.
Die Tastenanordnung im unteren Bereich ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: Da wo man beim blind Tippen die 7 bzw. 9 erwartet, trifft man die * und #-Taste.
Das Menü besitzt nur die nötigsten Einstellungen, Gimmicks gibt es keine. Die Ruftöne und -Lautstärken für Basis und Mobilteil können separat definiert werden. Allerdings sind die vorhandenen Klingeltöne alle nicht sehr schön, die meisten sogar nervraubend.
Die Gesprächsqualität ist akzeptabel, das Rauschen nicht sehr laut – für ein Gerät in dieser niedrigen Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung, zumal der eingebaute Anrufbeantworter, an der Basis zuschaltbar, seinen Zweck erfüllt. Mithören ist ebenso möglich wie das Einstellen der Wartezeit bis der AB reagiert.
Die Bedienungsanleitung (11 Seiten) gleicht eher einer dünnen Broschüre, enthält aber alle wichtigen Informationen. Die Support-Webseite mit sehr informativen FAQs hilft einem auch gut weiter.

Why Low Calorie Diet Plans Do Not Work!

You know I often see people say, gush I started eating less than 800 calories a day and now I am not loosing any weight. Let me tell you why low calorie diet plans do not work and why those people stop losing pounds after some time.

The simple fact is that they slowed down their metabolism! First off all, when you are eating very little food you are feeling undernourished and most likely sick. You are tired and most likely have lots of headaches!

People just need to get it into their head that in order for you to lose weight you have to eat the right food! Bear with me for a second here. On average one large apple has around 100 calories. If you eat 20 apples will you gain the weight? Of course not! Just recently one of the guest on the Oprah show said how you need to eat 9 lb of fruits and veggies a day to lose weight. Now you may wonder how can that be? Well, now days, fruits and veggies have a modern term called negative calorie foods. This does not mean that they don’t get you calories, actually you eat more calories but it is calories that don’t have saturated fat so you will not gain the weight.

Now having said all of it, you have to add protein and exercise to your diet! There are two reason for this. One is that protein is good for you and will keep you satisfied longer. Second is the fact that when you exercise and eating protein, you are building muscle. Now this automatically helps you with the toning of your body, but in the long run, muscle requires more calories to maintain, making you stay trim longer or in other words you have a lot less chances of gaining the weight back.

It is important to mention as well that when that happens, you are also increasing your metabolism. When your metabolism is fast, you are not going to gain the weight unless you are overeating.

Compared to the low calorie diet plans. When you are starving you basically only lose the water weight. In addition to this, you are not nourishing yourself enough, creating a bigger health risk for yourself. And worse of all, all your hard work and you actually slow down your metabolism. The so called weight that you lost, you are going to gain back even faster than you lost it.

Do what did you do than, nothing and that is why low calorie diet plans do not work.
